•Answer, screen and direct all incoming calls

•Greet and log in visitors

•Maintain a broad knowledge of all departments

•Reserve conference rooms

•Schedule conference calls

•Assist w/ data-entry projects or other tasks given by administration managers

•Assist all visitors and staff

•Maintain receptionist policies and procedures

•Maintain receptionist handbooks

•Provide proactive assistance for other departments

•Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Fluent English

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office

•Strong organizational skills

•Enthusiastic attitude and a cooperative outlook

•High level of integrity, diplomacy, and initiative

•Professional appearance

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
