Naylor Association Solutions Corporate Marketing Specialist - Programmatic Advertising in Tysons Corner, Virginia

This position will be critical to the success of our new programmatic advertising offering. The goals for this position will be focused on driving the development of support materials and programs for our new programmatic advertising offering. This would include the development and execution of marketing programs and initiatives. The Marketing Specialist – Programmatic Advertising will be responsible for lead generation for our business development team, content creation/marketing, branding, internal/external communications, sales team/client marketing support/enablement and customer engagement activity.

  • Meet with key, internal and external stakeholders to establish priorities and set a plan Work with graphic designers and other members of the marketing team as needed on the creation of content through email marketing, infographics, eBooks, collateral, webinars, case studies, articles, research reports, and presentations

  • Interface with multiple data sources and internal resources to measure competitive programmatic activity and ensure data is being analyzed, distributed and leveraged in the appropriate ways

  • Work closely with internal teams and outside vendors to ensure schedules are being monitored, maintained and all parties are aware of project details

  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on award program entries, speaking opportunities and advertising placement schedules

  • Works with internal and external resources to develop print and online advertising and marketing collateral that is consistent with the brand, and that can be used for sales support and direct marketing initiatives

  • Prepares creative briefs, writes and edits copy, provides art direction, coordinates photography (as needed), oversees printing and distribution and builds in measurement techniques for future analysis

  • Reviews shared calendar weekly to ensure all activity is being tracked

  • Adjust dates as needed to ensure a good flow of communication is happening, and to avoid communication overload

  • Responds to specific requests related to proposals, presentations and literature fulfillment, working with client management and/or business development as needed to support sales and client support efforts

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field Relevant experience may substitute for degree

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred Previous experience with programmatic advertising, corporate marketing, agency or project management experience is strongly desired

  • Experience with CRM software and marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua to build and execute campaigns

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills; ability to coordinate and oversee multiple projects at one time, and to work independently to see projects through to completion

  • Excellent demonstrated written and oral communication skills; experience with b2b writing and creative preferred
