Cubic | NEK Services, Inc., is seeking a SOF (RC) Intelligence Analyst/Trainer SME IV to support USSOCOM’s Enterprise Wide Training and Exercises Program (UEWTEP). The successful candidate will assist in planning, design/scripting, integrating, coordinating, managing and executing approved training and exercise program/s, providing information and data analysis, facilitating joint collective training, integrating cyberspace and building partner nations capacity activities with the joint exercise and training program. An effective exercise program enables the warfighters to maintain operational readiness and ensure the battle staffs are prepared to execute assigned and/or wartime functions and tasks. All response cell SME’s will be required to operate in a secure environment that provides robust capabilities and employs current and valid TTPs. This is a pre-award effort and position will be contingent upon contract award.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate SOF-CF I3 exercise planning and execution.
Augment/Replicate critical staff planning positions, and provide SOF exercise planning and execution products throughout the exercise JELC IAW Service, GCC, and SOF training objectives.
SRC's MSEL injects and storylines provide CF training audiences with relevant and current SOF operational joint trends that accurately address and extend SOF/CF I3.
SRC replicates SOF Higher HQs (C/JFSOCC, SOJTF, C/JSOTF, SOC FWD/JSOTF/CJSOTF) capabilities at the operational level allowing SOF and CF to simultaneously train on prosecuting complex missions within a Full Spectrum Operations environment where SOF/CF conduct operations in increasingly complex environments that require synchronization, coordination, and integration of multiple agencies.
Attend subject matter expertise training, seminars, conferences and events as directed by COR to enhance products and services relevancy to SOF joint exercises and operational SOF C2 HQs pre-mission joint training requirements, if necessary.
Other duties and tasks assigned by Command team, as necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in related field and minimum of 10 years’ SOF intelligence experience.
Minimum of 4 years’ recent experience serving in a SOF operational level HQs or Joint Task Force at the O4-O6/GG/GS13-15/CW3-CW5 level.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience directly interfacing with senior staff (COL and GO/FO) at the TSOCs, Components, GCCs, Services, Interagency, and partner nation J2s.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience with Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (JIPOE) and the intelligence planning process.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in joint operations and operational-strategic level SOF planning.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience mentoring seniors, peers, and juniors (civilian and active duty); leading intelligence seminars and briefing academic and operational materials; and professionally liaising and coordinating with senior officers and staff leadership across functional areas.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience preparing exercise and road-to-war scenarios that replicate realistic environments and threats for SOF exercises.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience with the Joint Training System (JTS), development of Master Scenario Events Lists (MSELs), scripting events, exercise and scenario design, and exercise management preferred.
Excellent presentation, communication and organization skills; proven skills in formal classroom delivery.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a platform instructor in a Professional Military Education/training environment preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Demonstrated expertise in oral and written communications skills.
Must possess a current Top Secret security clearance and SCI eligible.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Willing to travel to various locations CONUS and OCONUS to support training exercises, as needed.
