In this role, you’ll help build the technology responsible for our core services. Your work will influence the success of companies across the world. Members of our Technology team are experts in the field, working to evaluate and improve today’s systems while building tomorrow’s.

  • The Conversion Analyst works closely with our clients, Client Services, developers, and project management to serve as the business SME in maintaining and growing the existing business through thorough business and technical requirements documentation and collaboration and execution of change requests and projects.

  • Services include –

o Understanding the scope of client requests and client business rules, translating the requirements into a clear and detailed Business Requirements Document (BRD) to be reviewed and approved by the client and internal project teams. Programmers build the core solution or enhancement based on the Conversion Analyst’s BRD. The results are handed off to Software Quality Assurance to ensure that the programming changes support the requirements through User Acceptance and Regression testing and validation.

o Verify changes made to ensure they meet the customer requirements.

o Configuring changes using tables or web enabled to tools to setup the client’s customization.

o Set up and provide training to the customer to use web enable tools to manage message content, logos etc.

o Support changes requested or required by our production floor to ensure production standards are followed.

About our Business:

/ FOS Houston processes and produces documents that contain personal and confidential data that is sent to individuals and companies. These documents include:/

  • / Provider claim information for medical services/

  • /Financial statements including bank statements, credit card statements/

  • /Billing documents for individuals and companies/

  • /Checks, letters and notices/

  • /Postcards/

  • /Tax forms/

/These documents are then inserted with equipment. The application that prepares these documents for printing must follow production standards to ensure efficiency on the production floor./

/These documents are then inserted in the USPS mail stream or overnighted by a variety of carriers to be delivered to the intended recipient (either an individual or a business)./

/Images of these documents are accessible via an online web portal per client requirements. Information could be emailed with links to the documents./

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Analyze and determine business and technical requirements and provide detailed specifications to programming, working independently and collaboratively with the client and other resources, as needed. Provide consultation to the client before, during and after changes, including the development of new procedures the changes may necessitate. Interpret client’s existing systems and workflows through and including the balancing of daily files. Provide training to the client before, during and after changes, including the correct use of the Fiserv system and on-line terminal assistance. Communicate progress and any potential problems to manager/project for awareness and/or resolution. Uses limited independent judgment to make decisions based on precedents and established guidelines. Solves problems using standard procedures and Performs other duties as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Education - BS in Computer Science, MIS, EE or related business field.

  • Experience – Minimum of 3 years related experience.
