Myriad Genetics, Inc. Document Control/Contracts Coordinator***Temp to Perm*** in South San Francisco, California

Contract Administrator’s Responsibilities:

  • Management of the cloud contract database (OpenSource)

  • Upload executed contracts to OpenSource

  • Monitor expiring contracts and notify contract owners for term extension, as applicable

  • Serve as a primary contact for OpenSource’s communicating and troubleshooting issues

  • Generate Term Sheets for all executed contracts to enable utilization of the report function and tracking of contract term status

  • Manage and continue to make changes and improvements to the database according to changes in the company’s needs

  • Run contract summary, query, and or trend analysis reports as requested

  • Maintenance of an up-to-date contract tracking log of all outstanding contracts pending approval signature

  • Log and monitor all contracts being routed for approval signature

  • Prepare contracts and route to the appropriate authorized signatories and monitor progress

  • Monthly follow-up with contract owners for contracts still pending for signature

  • Provide contract owners with signed copies of contracts

  • Act a point person for FAQ contract inquiries

  • Administrative Duties

  • Scan executed contracts for filing and uploading to OpenSource

  • Save electronic copies of contracts to Company’s server (Fileshare) and file hard copies to the Company’s document control room

  • Send hard copies of executed contracts to external parties (upon request)

  • Send contracts, amendments, termination letters, etc. to external contacts with delivery tracking

  • Contract Drafting

  • Draft standard contracts from Company-issued templates

  • Standard amendments to extend contract terms

Document Control / QA Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Software Change Order (SCO) process for approving SCOs in MasterControl

  • Coordinate BioMARCR process for approving Commercial’s material/literature in MasterControl

  • Review monthly equipment Maintenance and Temperature Monitoring records

  • Support QA/Document Control for process improvement projects, as required

  • Provide administrative support to QA: Maintain equipment files, organizations and records

  • Provide content for the “QA Blog/Tip of the Month” email

  • Perform Effectiveness Checks for the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), as defined in the reports
