SHI International Corp. Program Manager, Lifecycle Services Sales in Somerset, New Jersey

SHI has an exciting opportunity to join SHI’s Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG). This position will be focused on proactively supporting SHI customers with business development and sales support operations.

  • Management of the Lifecycle Services Solutions Team

  • Managing daily operations of the Lifecycle Services Solutions Team

  • Single point of accountability for all sales initiatives and opportunities

  • Responsible for all content management, solution offerings, team coordination, reporting, escalation, and customer management

  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the team members

  • Ensure that the team is properly sized to meet workload and volume

  • Handle problem escalations within the solutions team

  • Provide management with reports on all activity

  • Participate in operational reviews and planning activities, as required by management

  • Manage all aspects of solutions design

  • Develop solutions with the assistance of internal resources and external partners

  • Managing multiple resources, either internal SHI consultants or partners

  • Assist SHI sales reps with customer facing conference calls & presentations

  • Primary contact within ESG for Enterprise Commercial and Public Sector customer needs, specific to building solutions within the Lifecycle and Managed Services portfolio

  • Proactively sell and market Lifecycle solutions to new and existing Enterprise and Public Sector customers

  • Assist customers with making decisions on selecting the right Lifecycle and Managed Services components

  • Ensure that all RFPs and Project based SoWs are provided accurately and on time

  • Work with other ESG practice team members to develop solutions and produce proposals

  • Analyze the needs of the Sales and Solutions team by creating supporting documentation or tools to better equip and help identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Stay current with new features, releases and programs

  • Related experience as a Sr. Program Manager or Operations Manager

  • Strong experience in a sales role or function

  • Understanding service delivery management

  • 7-10 years working in customer facing or customer support roles

  • Excellent organization, communication, verbal & written skills

  • Must be results driven with a strong sense of urgency

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Strong resource management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales, IT delivery and operations

  • Previous Project Management skills are strongly preferred
