  • Grow a customer base through working with existing contracts

  • Provide consultation to customers regarding their IT solutions needs

  • Process orders and quote for both new and existing customers

  • Follow-up on leads

  • Learn and utilize SHI's internal systems

  • College diploma/University Degree from a 4 Year school

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-Motivated, with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience

  • High level of interest in Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Skills Obtained as an Inside Account Executive:

  • Phone Support, Frontline Support, Call Center, Business Development, Communications, Inside Sales, Territory Management, Cold-Calling.
