Target number of outbound calls between 30-40 per day
Grow a customer base through working with existing contracts
Provide consultation to customers regarding their IT solutions needs
Process orders and quote for both new and existing customers
Gain industry knowledge through a series of sales and technology trainings
Consistently achieve or exceed sales expectations
Follow-up on leads
Work well in a fun and energetic team environment
Learn and utilize SHI's internal systems
College diploma/University Degree from a 4 Year school
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Self-Motivated, with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
Previous sales or customer service experience
High level of interest in Technology
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Skills Obtained as an Inside Account Executive:
Phone Support, Frontline Support, Call Center, Business Development, Communications, Inside Sales, Territory Management, Cold-Calling.
