Job Description

This is a 24-month program (integrated on permanent contracts) aimed at training the Group's elite of management functions. Highly structured, it allows you to learn in different environments all the specificity of the Group and in an international context with other Trainee.

You will be recruited by the Sarreguemines site (Home Plant), employing 1600 people for nearly 35,000 tires/day produced.

The site, which has been in existence for more than 50 years, offers a very important technological diversity, works on a modernization of its maintenance, and is distinguished by its unique quality performance within the group's factories for several years.

Reporting to the Technical Department of the Sarreguemines site during your Home Plant Stay period (10 to 12 months), you will be in charge of projects in collaboration with the teams, before joining the head office in Hanover for your Engineering training (3 months) and Trainee Pool (9 months).

This opportunity allows you to have career prospects on the recruitment site and abroad at the end of the Trainee Pool.

Job Requirements

  • You have completed your final year of general engineering or specialization in chemistry, electrical or mechanical engineering, or you have 2 to 3 years of experience

  • You speak French, English fluent and know another language

  • You have already experience in project management (internships, associations, etc.)

  • You are passionate and ambitious person

  • Knowledge of the industrial environment

  • International experience (internship, summer job, studies, etc.)

  • Great interpersonal skills
