As the Sr. manager of Curation & Storytelling, you will be responsible for tightly integrating content, merchandise, and presentation to redefine how consumers shop for their home. The ideal candidate should possess a creative eye for shapes, color, aesthestics, and styles with a hands-on collaborative approach to carefully select products into highly desirable curated collections that evokes customer envy and demand.

  • Develops strategic and financial plans for multiple product categories

  • Drives and facilitates multi-channel integration and strategy to achieve Walmart's business objectives

  • Drives sales and gross profit through the optimization of the product assortment in multiple departments or categories

  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Merchandising

  • Ensures business needs are being met

  • Maintains effective cross-functional support and accountability necessary to drive Walmart.com sales

  • Manages strategic supplier relationships with senior-level representatives

  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Minimum Qualifications:BA/BS required; MFA preferred with 6+ years of relevant high-achievement in a leadership role in general management, brand management, performance marketing, merchandising or product management.
