Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

ØAdhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:

A) Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.

B) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.

C) Actively promote positive safety culture.

ØAdhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9002 (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:

A) Compliance to work instructions.

B) Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.

C) identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit

Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Checking & processing of job paperwork received from the field after conclusion of job.

  • Tracking and submission of End of well reports to the client.

  • Processing & preparation of data reports as per client or operational requirements.

  • Processing & compiling paperwork for invoicing to the client.

  • Managing field job database & updating it regularly and keeping it up to date.

  • Files, logs job paperwork and acts as custodian for documents and records.

  • Compiles reports and information required by management and may compile utilities and activities reports for management when needed.

  • Records and distributes minutes of Management, Operational and Staff meetings, follows up and updates accomplishment of actions taken with the responsible person(s).

  • Keep track of personnel within departments and keep the organization chart always updated.

  • Know, Understand and comply with Weatherford’s Policies and procedures and safety regulations.

  • Work assignments must be carried out to the highest quality level.

  • Preparing Sales invoices for DSSL & SDS

  • Following up on NTEV reports for DSSL & SDS

  • Collection with Operations team for DSSL & SDS (reducing DSO)

  • Preparing of Technical proposals for DSSL & SDS

  • Assisting Technical Sales Manager for DSSL & SDS

  • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within physical constraints of the job. Rules and company policies of Weatherford.



  • Good verbal and writing communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel and basic computer skills.

  • Organizational Skills, Set priorities, Handle multi tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions.

  • Should be able to work and interact with all levels of personnel.

  • Willing to learn and be part of a positive and proactive team


  • Minimum 3-4+ years related experience
