CACI International Expeditionary Training Registrar in Randolph Air Force Base, Texas

The Expeditionary Training Registrar will serve as a member of a CACI National Security Solutions contract team supporting U.S. Air Force (USAF) Headquarters, Air Education and Training Command's Special Missions Division (HQ AETC/A3Q) in the Directorate for Intelligence, Operations, and Nuclear Integration (HQ AETC/A2/3/10) at Joint Base San Antonio Randolph in San Antonio, Texas. POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for the integration of all scheduling for the USAF’s Advanced Deployment Readiness (ADR) training courses using multiple software-platform resources such as the Military Personal Data System (MilPDS), Oracle Training Administration (OTA), Air Force Reporting Instruction Tool (AFRIT), AEF Online, and Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES).

  • Serve as AETC military training subject matter expert – including registrar functions (student scheduling and administration) or aircrew scheduling

  • Ensure all education and training is conducted in accordance with GCC-, USAF-, and AETC-established policies and procedures.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and seven to nine years of related (sales and/or technical) experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Three (3) years of experience managing integration of all scheduling for the USAF’s Advanced Deployment Readiness (ADR) training courses using multiple software-platform resources such as the Military Personal Data System (MilPDS), Oracle Training Administration (OTA), Air Force Reporting Instruction Tool (AFRIT), AEF Online, and Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES).

  • Two (2) years of experience directly related to military training including registrar functions (student scheduling and administration) or aircrew scheduling.

  • Two (2) years USAF MAJCOM or higher staff experience.

  • The demonstrated capacity to serve as a professional team player.

  • A proven record of producing high-impact results for a customer.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • USAF experience in technical training and student operations/training support.

  • Previous military deployment experience.

  • Completed JOPES and/or DCAPES training.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong attention to detail skills.

  • USAF deployment experience, particularly as a USAF member in the past three years.

  • Bachelor’s degree desired.
