Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Philadelphia, PA): Support the program/project from scoping and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project for Accenture or our clients. Develop technical specifications and related documentation. Create program sources and conduct unit/integration testing to deliver final technology product to the testing environment. Analyze functional and technical business requirements and verify that the requirements are aligned with business needs and objectives. Drive continuous improvement of current processes. Provide production support and resolve incidents. Identify and implement monitoring and enabling solutions to ensure high availability and performance of the applications and environment. Coordinate work between different teams at different locations. Create and present report for service level adherence and other operational metrics to stakeholders. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management. Interact with client or internal senior management.

Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

· Of the required experience, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: Utilizing Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Win Forms, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, LINQ , Web Services, ASP.NET MVC (3, 4, and 5), WCF, WPF, XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAP, and .Net Framework to develop enterprise-based Client/Server side applications (Windows, Web, XML Web Services, and SOA); Utilizing AngularJS controllers, directives, components, factory and service resources, routings, and events; DOM manipulation using JavaScript, jQuery, and AngularJS; Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) and Object Oriented Programming (OOPS); and, Utilizing ADO.NET objects including SQL Connection, SQL Command, Dataset, Data Reader, and Data Adapter Objects in Web applications and in Win form applications.

· Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
