KEY DUTIS & RESPONSIBILITIES Is responsible for achiEeving regional e-commerce sales targets for retailers.com and Pure Players, when and where applicable.

Creates, develops and makes sure of the proper execution of strong quarterly and annual regional e-commerce animation plan and performance media plans in order to drive the overall net sales objective, profitability (NOP) of the Brands in Online in EMEA, and gain market share for these brands in Online. The person is also the main point of contact for Online with the 3 main retailers.com in EMEA (Douglas, Sephora, and AS Watson)

He/She maintains clear communication plans, reporting & learning with major stakeholders, in New York, regionally and locally:

Definition of e-merchandising and e-com calendar to achieve regional online business sales forecast

Regional book of yes alignment and continued optimization with the regional brand and affiliates

Proposal and Development of new tactical programs to recruit and engage to purchase

Helps deliver the right assets, tools, collaterals materials to the affiliates for driving the e-commerce business with retailers.com and 3PP, working closely with the global and regional brand teams

To update project plans, reporting and analysis to drive the objectives of the Brand Regional strategies

Forecasting assistance: he/she is the regional lead with demand planning / supply chain for online activities

Collect, follow up and analyze jointly with the affiliates and brand teams, locally and regionally, the learning of digital campaigns and e-commerce performance media campaigns

COMMUNICATION, ANALYSIS & REPORTING

Directs and coordinates recurring meetings with regional brand teams & affiliates to provide performance analysis of both net sales results, brand online strategy, digital marketing investment performance analysis and best practices sharing with affiliates and brand teams.

Manage and issue monthly and quarterly reporting covering sales and online activities (CRM, e-com KPI's, performance marketing programs where available) to regional brand / affiliates / global brand with learning and insights to improve KPIs and drive ROI.

He/She is the main liaison and issuer of communications between main stakeholders (Brand teams, local Online teams, in affiliates, regionally and globally) to ensure alignment and awareness of ongoing activities.

FINANCE & BUDGET Manages the P&L according to regional targets (Net Sales and NOP), in collaboration with the affiliates and regional Finance Business Managers.

Qualifications

  • Master ideal

  • English mandatory, 1 or 2 other European languages ideal

  • 4 years of experiences
