Responsible for managing customer invoices, develop fleet reports, and report on the overall truck/fleet cost. Participate in the research, development, and implementation of Fleet Products as well as communicate customer and dealer feedback to management. Visit distributors/branches and end-users as needed to further investigate/research/resolve issues to ensure customer retention and develop after-market opportunity. Provide assistance to the other Company departments in developing and meeting customer compliance regarding life cycle services.

Technical Analyst

Serve as the customers Fleet Manager by overseeing the daily review of service based invoices reflective of the customers’ requirements detailed in the “Level of Service Guidelines”. Analyze data; “Cost per Hour” statistics and overall truck/fleet average, and propose/communicate solutions to end users / dealer network including truck replacement.


Assist in the development of key matrix reporting regarding truck averages, maintenance costs, introducing “best practices”, fleet replacement and reduction of customer operational expenses (Cost per Hour). Maintain in-house reporting capabilities to support other departments, ensure compliance by dealer network, and assist lead account representative in the overall strategy and goals of the account.

Dealer / End User Visits

Jointly visit Dealers/Branches and/or End Users in the development and support of the Crown Lifecycle Services System.

System Enhancements and Development

Participate in the research, development, testing and implementation of new on-line features. Work with Lifecycle Services Manager to formulate priorities, action steps, timelines, and overall project management.


Other tasks involved in supporting the Lifecycle Services Department include testing, additional reporting, customer set-ups, and consolidated billing on an as needed basis. Perform other duties as assigned.

Associate degree or equivalent experience

Must have valid driving privileges

Occasional travel 0-5%)

Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)


A two or four-year business degree, or equivalent experience in this area. A strong working knowledge of data collection and reporting methods including Microsoft Excel is required. The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be well organized. Some travel is required to fulfill the requirements of this position.
