We are seeking a career-minded Delivery Supervisor to join the Operations Team in North Miami, FL!


Monday - Friday, 5am until work is complete. Average of 10 hours per day.


Will commensurate with experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for helping to facilitate the efficient and timely delivery of BDC product to Off-Premise, Grocery and On-Premise market accounts. To ensure a high level of service and accountability from the Delivery Driver group. This position also provides route delivery coverage as needed and directed by the Delivery Manager.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Delivery Manager and Routing Engineer to coordinate load changes and communicate changes to the appropriate Sales Team Manager(s).

  • Ensure proper training and development of team members

  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues

  • Manages drivers' delivery schedule and hours worked

  • Drive company vehicles & deliver products

  • Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements

  • Conduct monthly ride-alongs with delivery drivers

  • Provide the training necessary for new employees to obtain their class A commercial driver’s license.

  • Follow all safety practices as described in the BDC Safety Manual.

  • Respond to all customer requests and concerns in a way that builds a long-term relationship.

  • Promote TEAM WORK.

  • MUST have a Valid FL Class A CDL license with prior route delivery experience

  • Demonstrated ability to train and motivate CDL drivers

  • Strong team builder and leader.

  • Strong delivery management and training skills.

  • Understanding of PFP program and a track record of PFP administration and achievement.

  • Strong overall communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work with and interface well with other managers.

  • Draught experience preferred.

  • Must have knowledge of state and federal Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations

  • Beverage Industry experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
