First Tennessee Bank Video & Production Specialist in Memphis, Tennessee

Description First Tennessee Bank, NA is seeking an experienced videographer, photographer and editor with extraordinary attention to detail and a proven track record and strong portfolio. Must have comprehensive experience with Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere edit applications, as well as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. This position will work with the manager of Corporate Communications and director of video productions to ensure video recordings, live events and productions are of the highest quality and communicate important company messages to employees and key stakeholders.

This position requires excellent conceptual skills and all aspects of video production including writing scripts, recording interviews and footage, digitizing files and editing content for employee publications. The Communications Consultant must be able to shoot compelling video scenes and sequences that enhance our company brand and culture. This position requires in-the-field and studio set lighting, audio recording, graphic design and website editing. This position requires experience with digital photography and image editing. This candidate will work with the department manager to photograph executives, company leaders, employees, volunteers and special events for corporate communications, social and the media.

The successful candidate is a team player who is detail oriented, flexible and willing to complete scheduled and unassigned projects or assignments and willing to work the hours necessary to meet all assignment deadlines.

The successful candidate must have the proven ability to handle a variety of simultaneous projects and work under high-pressure deadlines. Experience with a wide variety of video and digital photography equipment, editing software, digital storage solutions, lights and sound equipment used for live and recorded video productions preferred.

The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with company executives, leaders, employees and customers. This position requires travel in the Memphis area as well as Tennessee and the Southeast U.S. with overnight trips required on a frequent basis. The position is physically demanding with lifting, moving and transporting heavy equipment to multiple locations.
