Description

  • Conduct daily and weekly planning of sales activities in order to reach those targets

  • Increase customer account balance through continuous execution of sales activities (via calls, walk-ins, and visits):

  • Introduce and explain products / promotions

  • Provide portfolio consultation

  • Cross-sell

  • Handle customer account-related administrative procedures / paperwork

  • Account opening

  • Keep track of customer communications and transactions

  • Stay updated on Citibank products and promotions, and preferably also market update, players, and trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university

  • Has 2-5 years experience in the same position
