Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Represents property management in resolving any guest related situation. Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby. Serves as Guest Relations Manager and handles the tracking of service issues.


  • Graduate of hotel school or hospitality training institution

  • Minimum 4 years experience in Front Office operation and 3 years in supervisory role or above, preferably in 4/5-star hotels

  • Mature, presentable and able to work independently

  • Service oriented with professional customer service skills

  • Resolve issues related to complaints, provide service recovery if necessary

  • Professional problem solving and crisis management skill

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English. Putonghua is an advantage

  • Willing to work under pressure and on shift duty
