The Senior Business Consultant will work with a team responsible for the implementation of a Lean Operating System across Government Services. These responsibilities include the development and implementation of numerous business transformations to implement and sustain a Lean Operating System where teams continually improve their processes, manage with data, and focus on the customer and employee experience to drive financial benefit. This person will partner with others to form a highly cross functional team where strong teamwork and communication is essential.

Fundamental Components:

  • Assist with developing and deploying the critical elements of a Lean Operating System

  • Partner with specific business areas to assist with training, scheduling, record keeping, developing and updating metrics/metric results, and event schedules.

  • Work with business partners to gather and analyze data, prepare presentation material

    -Develop tracking mechanisms designed to update management and employees and measure progress against objectives.

    -Ensures all regulatory and compliance measures are met within global guidelines when designing and implementing change

    -Aid in the development of standards and standard work


    5+ years providing leadership with Continuous Improvement projects, building business cases around proposed initiatives, working with data to determine performance and identify opportunities, experience in developing and pitching presentation material. Need to have strong analytical skills, experience with Lean Six Sigma tools, desire to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment, and desire to develop Lean Six Sigma expertise.


    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
