As a Recruiting Partner, you will align closely with the business to understand talent needs and deliver hiring strategies for a variety of skill sets. You will collaborate and build strong internal partner relationships developing deep understanding of business needs and desired candidate profiles. We will look to you to execute unique recruiting strategies, delivering qualified candidates, ensuring compliance measures are met.

Bachelors degree in Management, Business, Health Care, Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent work experience
At least 4 years of Recruiting or Human Resources generalist work experience
Technical recruiting experience
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Experience using Behavioral Interviewing techniques
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
