Work You ll DoInterface with internal audit, business, IT, and members of executive management to design and implement solutions. Help to identify and evaluate complex business process and technology risks. Participate in risk assessments, determine audit plans, execute audit programs, assess issues, and work with management to determine remediation plans and track progress. Understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches. Demonstrate knowledge of market trends and competitor activities, products, and service lines. Develop control frameworks encompassing regulatory requirements, including privacy and Sarbanes Oxley, and application security designs. Assist in preparing project plans and weekly status reports. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's (or higher) degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Two years of business, healthcare, and life sciences consulting experience.Experience must include two years of:Conducting consulting projects on business analytics, strategic planning, valuation/modeling, risk remediation, regulatory and compliance, and quality and operational improvement;Leading delivery of client projects within life science and healthcare services with an emphasis in regulatory, operations, and analytics for business risks;Developing client deliverables, including RFP/RFI, proposals, engagement letters, SOW (statement of Work), secondary research, memos, project reports, and project status updates;Validating and reporting health plan s data based on CMS reporting requirements, including claims data, enrollment data, and medical records;Processing and assessing MMR (Monthly Membership Report), MOR (Model Output Report), and RAPS (Risk Adjustment Processing System) data;Reviewing and analyzing inpatient admission orders and Medicaid prescription data;Performing financial modeling/valuation as well as cost and benefit analysis (CBA) for business case;Conducting document remediation and due diligence to remediate risk;Supporting internal initiatives, including open/win opportunities tracking and analysis, and reporting data quality dashboard build-up; andUtilizing Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, VBA, SQL, Bloomberg, and Capital IQ.Position requires approximately 75% travel.
