Manager-in-Training (MIT)

Crestline offers a comprehensive management training program for graduating seniors with hotel experience, either through part-time work or internships.

The program is rotational, allowing you to understand each department while developing your management skills. Upon successful completion of the 12 month program, you will be placed in a management position within one of our properties, based upon the needs of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, LLC.

You will gain hands-on, in-depth working experience in hotel operations, to include: front office, housekeeping, sales, and food & beverage. You will also gain basic exposure to HR, accounting, and revenue management.

The rotation will last for the first half of the program. Once the rotation has been completed, you will spend the following 4-6 months gaining managerial training in the specialty focus of your choice. You will be required to meet regularly with each of your department heads and program facilitators who will provide any additional guidance or feedback.

Education & Experience:

• 4 year college degree in hospitality or a related field

• Hands-on experience in the hospitality field (either through internships or work experience)

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be service minded and have a can do attitude

• Must be geographically flexible
