Atlanta - Service Manager

Established and Growing Automotive repair centers looking for experienced Store Managers. Ideal candidates will be customer service oriented, be chief problem solvers, and will bring a strong sense of urgency on all customer needs. We are looking for individuals who love providing fantastic customer service experiences, enjoy managing people, and display a competitive, get-it-done attitude in a high car count fast moving location.

Required Experience:


  • Lead by example

  • Salesmanship skills

  • Comfortable interacting with customers in person and over the phone.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • General knowledge of automotive industry

  • Must be confident, outgoing, and comfortable in speaking with customers about their auto care needs and be skilled in presenting information in a non-pressured, effective manner.

  • Must have strong work ethic and positive attitude.

  • Must have proven customer service track record, computer skills and clean driving record are required.

  • 3+ years' experience as automotive service writer

  • 2+ years' experience managing a team or staff
