JOB DESCRIPTION: Serves as operations lead for the MBA for Working Professionals programs which includes the Evening, Weekend and Modular MBA programs. Assists in planning, coordinating and scheduling events. Participates in the planning, administering and monitoring the capital equipment and operations budgets. Provides operational support for orientation, program immersions, and co-curricular activities. Acts as a resource to faculty for their courses. Serves as a liaison and facilitator among the school's faculty, students, and administration to resolve administrative or curriculum related issues. Works with departments to expand educational resources for students and faculty. May manage the compilation and distribution of all program materials, including course packs, textbooks and e-books. Oversees the preparation of operational reports. Maintains files and databases. May supervise staff and participate in the hiring of new employees. Performs related responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business administration, a liberal arts discipline or a related field and three years of experience in student affairs, advising, registration, financial aid or a related field, OR an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. Familiarity with CANVAS, Study.net, OPUS, Webex, and other education technology platforms is preferred.
