ManTech Network Engineer in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
ManTech is seeking an experienced Network Engineer in Annapolis Junction, MD supporting a Federal Agency.
Responsibilities will include:
Analyze Network accesstrends and resolve bandwidth management issues for mission critical systems.
Implement, troubleshoot, monitor and maintainall aspects LAN/WAN/VPN/ networks for high availability of paralleldevelopment, testing and production environments.
Review SNMP alerts, useprotocol-line analyzers (sniffers) and conduct log forensics in order todetermine root cause analysis and resolution of complex issues.
Collaborate withSoftware and Database Developers, Windows and Linux Server Administrators andSecurity personnel to analyze Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)requirements, troubleshoot anomalies and determine appropriate firewallconfiguration implementation.
Draft and submitrecommended change request proposals necessary for timely mitigation ofPOA&Ms and CVE findings. Maintain systemcompliance with DHS\FISMA IT Security and Information Assurance objectivesconcerning privacy of passenger screening information.
Requires Bachelor s degree in (Computer Science, Math or Engineering) or equivalent, and four to six years of related experience. The ideal candidate will have
