Position Summary The Business Solutions Manger may be responsible for providing strategic direction and support to key complex Independent Network Systems (IDNs), large health systems with common ownership or contractual distribution affiliation with McKesson. Business Solutions Manger will work closely with customer leadership to promote success and growth of these complex health systems. Position will be responsible for development and execution of strategic account plans based on customer identified needs, growth of existing PPS (Programs, Products, Services) penetration and documentation of value creation efforts. Business Solutions Manger will be responsible for leading efforts to renew existing business and acquiring new business. Business Solutions Manger position may be supported by other sales positions including but not limited to Account Managers, Inside Sales and RAMBO. Position may include direct reports and Account Manager responsibilities as needed.QualificationsMinimum Requirements Minimum 5+ years account management and/or sales executive experience, preferably in healthcare industry Critical Skills

Proven track record of customer retention, renewals and growth Demonstrated executive relationship management
