We are currently searching for a Test Technician 2 - Optics - Wilsonville Operations to join our team in Wilsonville, OR (1700). Perform as a member of a team utilizing effective communication skills. Contacts are primarily within immediate work unit.
Under limited supervision Test, trouble-shoot, repair, modify and calibrate to the component level avionics and test equipment as required.
Establishes new approaches and techniques to achieve continuous improvement in all work processes.
Utilizes normal and complex test equipment. Uses tools for data analysis and reporting.
May provide assistance to less experienced technical personnel.
Document above activities as required.
Identify routine problems, identify solutions and effectively implement corrective action.
Analyze and interpret test data. Perform product testing as directed.
Miscellaneous test duties as required. Assists Technicians and/or Engineers in defining, analyzing, and solving problems.
Perform as member of a team utilizing effective communication skills. Actively participates in team decision making. Contacts include Engineers, leadership.
Write technical reports, etc. as directed.
Perform special tests, troubleshooting, calibration, etc. as required.
Perform Miscellaneous duties as required.
Assist Technicians & Engineers as required.
Associates in Science Degree or in the absence of an associate's degree three years of related experience
