ANCORP Marketing Communications Intern: KD 33 in Williston, Florida

Veterans PreferenceSummary/ObjectiveThis position will be focused on supporting the sales and marketing communications initiatives. The internship is designed to be both educational and practical focusing on communications, public relations, graphics and marketing materials. Essential FunctionsSupport Marketingand#39;s efforts in managing and executing communications projects for Social Media, Tradeshows, Email Marketing, and Web Content Management.Coordinate Trade Shows by registering, coordinating shipment and return of trade show booth and materials.Develop, implement, and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for regularly performed tasks.Write, post, and monitor content on social media channels.Support the development, production, and distributions of marketing collateral including catalogs, brochures, fact sheets, business cards, stationary; and promotional items such as tradeshow giveaways, company shirts, hats, etc.Assist in the creation and implementation of advertising campaigns.Assist in developing and maintaining the Marketing budget.Arrange travel and accommodations for tradeshows and other corporate travel.Collect and maintain competitor collateral on a regular basis.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Educations and ExperienceBachelorand#39;s degree or currently pursuing BS in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Digital Media or Film.GraphicsPhotoshopAdobe InDesignIllustratorMacintosh platform preferred.Skills and CompetenciesTeam player and collaborator.Media skills such as video editing and graphic design.Strong attention to detail.Critical thinking/problem solving.Highly organized.Strong communication skills written and oral.Ability to perform detailed tasks with accuracy.Self-motivated; ability to work independently.Experienced in using social media and blog platforms.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Experienced in Graphics, Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Macintosh platform desired but not required. Work EnvironmentWork is generally performed in an office environment with controlled heating and air, with standard office equipment available.
