Hot Req No Title Education Services Facilitator City Whidbey Island State WA Description Primary Duties: *Provide classroom training, workshops and seminars *May be generalist or specialize in providing group programs and educational services for one or more of the following programs: ?Deployment and Mobilization Support ?Individual Deployment Support ?Repatriation ?Ombudsman Training and Support ?Relocation Assistance ?Life Skills Education ?Transition Assistance ?Family Employment Readiness ?Personal Financial Management Basic Ed and Training ?EFMP Liaison ?FAP Awareness and Prevention Education ?Emergency Preparedness and Response Requirements Requirements: *2 years of experience in training development and review; public speaking; and group presentation and facilitation skills *Ability to interpret program evaluation, needs assessment feedback, and data to implement results in educational program delivery and market planning *Skilled in use of program presentation technology and ability to train others in presentation skill building Education: *Bachelor's degree in a social science or related behavioral science field, OR *Combination of social science education and equivalent experience to a Bachelor's degree, OR *4 years of equivalent experience Physical Requirements: The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
