Medecision is looking for a Director, Client Engagement Platform, a passionate power contributor who blends solid client engagement skills with proven marketing and communications experience.

THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU, IF…

You, as the Director, Client Engagement Platform, possess the experience and expertise necessary to manage Medecision’s client engagement center – a single, online destination including, but not limited to, product knowledge assets and tutorials, SaaS release information, support tools, idea exchange, and client-focused discussion boards. With direct impact on client success and satisfaction, the Director, Aerial Resource Center, leverages his/her background in client engagement platforms to help develop the ARC vision and to create and execute the related strategy. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring the ARC becomes the “go-to” destination for Medecision clients to drive success with their Aerial apps and overall business. You will partner with the VP of Marketing Services on vision and strategy development, and with a cross-functional team for tactical execution, including assistance with development of new sections (wireframes, page creation, etc.), recommendation of tools to accommodate new capabilities, and a solid understanding of how the platform operates.

YOU’RE GOOD AT:

  • Driving client success and loyalty through information, tools, and programs

  • Understanding client needs and capitalizing on opportunities to drive client delight

  • Developing requirements, structuring wireframes, building the capabilities out (at a non-developer level), testing, and rollout (i.e. platform management)

  • Creating outstanding user experiences with web sites/ portals that are intuitive and easy to navigate

  • Prioritizing enhancements and introduction of new capabilities to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction

  • Managing feedback and responding in a timely manner

  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders – written and verbal

  • Building lasting relationships and managing across multiple internal groups

  • Multi-tasking and meeting aggressive deadlines

  • Paying attention to the details without getting lost in the weeds

  • Developing strategy and executing on that strategy

  • Establishing and measuring KPIs

YOU HAVE:

  • Proven success with client communications and engagement programs

  • Deep experience with online client engagement platforms (Confluence/ Jira, Jive, SalesForce, etc.), including some technical knowledge

  • Hands-on experience creating and operating within web-based or similar sites

  • Expertise managing and facilitating online client communities and discussion boards

  • Familiarity with software release cycles and related documentation, training, and client communication needs; SaaS experience is preferred

  • At least 10 years in a marketing/ communications, product, or related management-level position

  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare software solutions

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar discipline
