Support of Enterprise Application Managed Services (EAMS) Program:

  • Provides Program Manager with support by overseeing operations on the Task Order to ensure all applications are up and functioning to the satisfaction of the customer.

  • The O&M Lead is continuously abreast of the status of supported infrastructure, server-side application, and client-side application services.

  • Act as the primary liaison for the Customer with regard to the health, support, and transformation of mission and business portfolio of applications

  • Craft and deliver weekly operations status reports to Deputy Chief and Staff summarizing maintenance and sustainment initiatives, issues & risks

  • Managed the activities of O&M applications support team; provide tactical direction and guidance to staff for strategic projects

  • Collaborate with Government PMs and EAMS Managers to ensure alignment of ITIL best practices, event management & monitoring, and service level performance is consistently maintained

  • Attend Daily Watch Officer briefing on behalf of EAMS to ensure support needs are address, as required

  • Attend Daily Standup with Deputy Chief of Capability and Integration to ensure Government program needs of EAMS are effectively communicated and addressed by the EAMS team, as required

  • Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to Government leadership for innovation, efficiencies, and cost control in application operations and sustainment

  • Provide technical guidance to Government PMs and EAMS team leads in the integration of requirements, design, and technology

  • Provide EAMS team with forward view of operations calendar across all IT organization for potential impacts to EAMS supported applications

  • Produce monthly Performance / SLA summaries to EAMS PMO for all supported applications

  • Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives, as required

Basic Qualifications:

1.Bachelors 8 years’ experience

2.Experience functioning in data center operations, applications management or applications development capacity

3.Demonstrated experience managing and reporting at multiple levels of management

Preferred Qualifications:

1.IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)Expert level certifications a plus
