Verizon Wireless Digital Analyst in Warren, New Jersey

Responsibilities

  • You will support analytics across the enterprise. You’ll work to identify opportunities for improvements, work with cross functional teams to create solutions, and partner with teams internally and externally to drive the delivery of those solutions.

  • In the digital space, you will be a part of the decision making process that will directly impact our customers, which will allow you to leave your fingerprint and make a difference on both the business and consumers daily lives.

  • Play active role in cross functional teams aimed at increasing online sales and improving cross channel customer experiences.

  • Influence stakeholders to deliver solutions.

  • Develop and capture measurements to validate results and communicate the value delivered.

  • Proactively analyze data to identify opportunities.

  • Support team functional activities (communications, documents, standards & procedures).

Qualifications

Must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint high proficiency)

  • Experience with SQL

  • Experience with/understanding of digital space which including websites and mobile applications specifically in regards to customer care (service and sales)

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Strong reporting, forecasting, and analytics skills review traffic/conversion/sales report and identify areas for opportunity

  • Knowledge of Adobe, Site Catalyst, and Test & Target

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple/simultaneous, highly complex, cross-functional projects/initiatives

  • Highly responsive and proactive, supporting leaders and team

  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment and under pressure of very stringent deadlines

  • Experience with communicating/presenting to upper management

  • Problem solving and analytical skills, including the demonstrated ability to design solutions to complex problems
