Maven has a new opportunity for a License and Title Coordinator.The License and Title Coordinator provides support for the Maven City, Express Drive and Gig fleet operations with responsibilities for administrative processing of license and title paperwork.The responsibilities will include initial registrations, license plate renewals and other items relating to the licensing and titling of new and used vehicles.This position is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the plating services companies, remarketing, auctions, Department of Motor Vehicles and field personnel to ensure all vehicles are legally titled and registered properly.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has excellent customer service skills and is extremely organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.


·Primary contact with auctions, remarketing, field personnel and plating servicing partners on all plating related items

·Review the MSO (Manufacturer Statement of Origin) for accuracy and determines documentation needed by state in order to correctly register the vehicle

·Reviews and assesses vehicle status to determine proper renewal procedure

·Prepare, complete and send paperwork to DMVs and L & T services as needed

·Verify and complete title/renewal transactions within third party DMV systems that are linked directly to the State DMV offices ensuring vehicles are legally titled and registered

·Update Administration Data Hub with applicable license information

·Assign and manage plate, decal and registration document inventory

·Research missing MSO’s and registrations and track and follow up with state and/or service on registrations and renewals, ensuring vehicles are legally registered and plated.

·Maintains data spreadsheets tracking the activity on MSO, titles, renewals, impounds and miscellaneous L&T information as needed

·Develop a title management program

·Work with remarketing and field team to ensure proper title processing at end of vehicle life cycle

·Organize and create efficiencies in sending out vehicle Renewal stickers and license plates

·Assist and support Coordinators with renewals, registrations, and other assignments

·Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

·Minimum 1 year customer service experience required

·Minimum 2 years administrative support experience required

·Previous license and title background experience a plus

·Intermediate working knowledge in Excel
