At Tift Regional Health System, LPN's are a valuable part of delivering timely, effective patient care. This is demonstrated by their role in maintaining accuracy in the transcription of physician orders; rendering individualized nursing care to infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients; practicing Standard Precautions for Infection Control; adhering to safety policies and procedures; attending timely in-services and training; maintaining helpful, caring attitudes experienced by others as courtesy and cheerful; and performing day to day responsibilities:

? Delivering quality nursing care to a varied patient population (pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric), observing and documenting patient response to care, providing guidance and assistance to non-licensed staff in acute care settings;

? Being accountable for the caliber of patient care performed by herself/himself; interacting effectively with other departments;

? Providing world class customer service to patients' families, visitors, physicians, co-workers, and other medical and non-medical persons.

Required Qualifications:

Current Licensure as a LPN in the State of Georgia and CPR Certification.
