The Maven Car Share Regional Manager is key a strategic role within the organization, responsible for providing multi-market leadership, maximizing member and revenue growth and driving performance and strategy in their respective markets, while contributing positively to overall Company success

Responsibilities include:

·Assist each local market City Manager maximize sales, service and operations

·Create vision and set strategy for profitable growth in assigned markets

·Build sustainable business model to stem competition and increase market share

·Coordinate and oversee shared vehicles process to ensure that all aspects of shared fleet are integrated and seamlessly meets the needs of each city, and its base of consumers

·Maintain in-person oversight for fleet of vehicles for shared use by Members in assigned city locations.Focus: interior/exterior appearance, mechanical operation/condition, dynamics of surrounding environment (parking location safety, cleanliness, etc.)

·Works with City Managers on cost controls and overall P&L management

·Accountable for building a strong repeat and referral business in each market

·Driving growth through member referrals and member-driven innovations

·Develop plans to launch new service areas and increase adoption in existing neighborhoods

·Develops strategic relationships – city, business, universities, etc.

·Performance management: using systems to deliver results / key performance indicators (KPIs).Based on experience provide insights/guidance into primary KPIs

·Manage in-fleeting and de-fleeting vehicles by market

·Analyze market historical data to recommend changes in model mix and fleet growth

·Lead acquisition and optimization of parking locations in key areas

·Assist in negotiating and managing vendor service contracts to ensure vehicles are properly maintained, repaired and cleaned to Maven's high standard

·Bachelors Degree Required

·Higher degree of tech comfort and savviness (phone apps, web, in-vehicle)

·Excellent written and oral communication skills

·Adaptability-the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events

·Experience working with government and businesses (preferred)
