We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Marketing Manager to join our French team.
The Field Marketing Manager for the South region (France, Italy, Israel & Iberia) has overall responsibility for delivering marketing campaigns in region and driving demand generation programs to support sales and channel. This includes developing and executing the regional marketing plan for end customers and channel partners, as well as managing media and PR programs. The Field Marketing Manager will make effective use of shared company resources in marketing, lead development and elsewhere. The Field Marketing Manager will report to the Director, EMEA Field Marketing,and is also responsible for managing the relationship with Sales in region.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and own the regional marketing plan and campaign calendar.• Deliver campaigns on plan and to budget.• Own and manage a collaborative relationship with sales in region.• Work closely with the EMEA marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns.• Ensure the success of the demand generation program in region by recommending the right mix of tactics (activities) and assets (content) for campaigns.• Analyse and present campaign results to the sales and marketing teams and recommend strategies to optimise results.• Develop and maintain an understanding of the local markets.• Develop and maintain an understanding of Commvault’s products and services.• Gain a detailed working knowledge of the channel and our channel programs.• Collaborate with the channel marketing to leverage campaigns with partners.• Maintain a network of trained spokespeople for the Media and Communications program.• Liaise with local PR agencies in country and the global Communications team to support Commvault’s communications strategy.• Ensure PR plans are relevant to the region.• Work closely with other geographies in the EMEA team to ensure effective re-use of proven campaigns.• Measure and analyse results to optimise campaigns and their associated activities.• Drive continuous performance improvement in all regional marketing programs.• Deliver an effective return on budget spent on the marketing plan in region.
