Looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Manager based in Poland to lead an EMEA Shared Service Centre Delivery Team providing excellent quality service to our clients. The role includes ensuring the business meets its agreed objectives in both service delivery and strategic growth. You would be responsible for leading and providing first class HR support to colleagues, managers, and HR Partners/Advisors within the shared services environment in the EMEA region. Oversee regional team of 5 and manage day to day centralized administration responsibilities of the HR function. Ensures the services which are developed, implemented, and administered align and support the company's business strategies and operational objectives. There may be additional activities to perform in order to maximise contribution to The People office goals and objectives.
• 3-5 Years’ experience and engagement of HR Services functions focusing on on-boarding, employee life-cycle transactions and general HR administrative functions• Oversees team response time to colleague questions in relation to set SLAs• Proactively engage with managers, HR Advisors, Benefits, Payroll and other subject matter experts for timely problem resolution• Represent EMEA HR Services within local and global project teams and work groups Input of local and global data into systems as needed• Participates in development of performance expectations, service level agreements, metrics and feedback mechanisms for regional/global HR Services deliverables• Remains current with industry best practices to identify opportunities for improving HR's support of business operations• Participates in the analysis and evaluation of internal data, surveys and market trends for EMEA countries• Participates in due diligence and integration planning activities related to mergers and acquisition• Managing Client Service• Manage the service review process and attend meetings where relevant• Ensure service improvement plans are in place where issues have been identified and that plans are managed through to resolution
Who we are looking for:
• A motivated experienced HR Shared Services Manager with 3-5 years of supervisory experience• Strong project management skills with experience in organising, planning and executing projects from the envisioning stage through to implementation• Strong team work and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build collaborative and productive relationships with leaders• Experience of managing remote teams• Advanced understanding of HR practices and compliance requirements related to recruiting and , benefits, record-keeping, and HR administration• Systems thinker with a strong technical aptitude and understanding of HR services analytics• Previous experience leading a customer service or customer-facing function strongly preferred• Highly customer-focused, pragmatic about finding solutions, and committed to delivering excellence in service• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills• Strong written/verbal communication skills, effective presentation, and facilitation abilities• Ability to provide strategic vision and direction to a team; proven ability to continuously generate new ideas and strategies• Languages desirable• Managing the Team and Individual• Leading assigned team in delivering high-quality HR service at a country and regional level• Contributes to achievement of Delivery Centres Objectives in line with Outsourcing Strategic
• Reviews Direct Report’s performances and hence the team’s to ensure effective and efficient delivery of service• Lead and motivate team to ensure KPI’s are exceeded• Conducts regular coaching and individual development activities and ensures succession planning is in place• Ensure attrition of trained effective employee’s is kept to a minimum.• Use effective performance management tools to address any individual under performance issues.• Manage the training plans for the department to ensure we are developing staff to meet both future career aspirations and organic growth in teams.• Ability to train other staff• Managing the Business• Reviews the Team activities against SLA’s/KPI’s• Reviews current performance on a regular basis and gains feedback to ensure client satisfaction• Drive continuous improvement• Escalate any business critical and major service delivery issues so Senior Management• Team are aware of potential issues• Regularly review service delivery to ensure the most cost effective route wherever possible.• Ensure Security of data is paramount and legislatively compliant• Compliance to statutory and internal audit requirements.• Mandatory attendance at peer group meetings
