Description
As a Sales Account Manager you will be selling Esko hardware and software applications and solutions to customers, resellers and new companies in order to become their preferred supplier, by creating value. You will be focusing on customers based in UK. * You will be responsible for sales prospecting of new business – focus on expanding our customers network in the Sign & Display market & converters * You manage existing accounts, consisting of direct accounts, resellers and the customers of our resellers * You sell full Esko portfolio, with focus towards value selling to the customer * You develop new sales channels and build appropriate relationships with Esko’s strategic partners * You provide effective solutions for our customers, detect and amplify create add-on sales opportunities in cooperation with the application sales manager * You establish good business contacts - Generate competitive proposals - Pursue strategies for targeted projects - Meeting & exceeding sales targets * You keep abreast of developments & business opportunities in the markets you cover and be focused on the follow-up of these opportunities by applying appropriate sales, negotiation & closing techniques * You implement the go-to-market strategy for new products and new markets * You are disciplined in using the various CRM & IT application tools available in our organization to enable you to better manage your sales process and share information * You observe the market and represent Esko in the Graphic arts community

Qualification
* You have 2-5 years hands-on sales experience in a high-tech B2B environment and you have practical experience with direct and indirect sales channels. * Preferably you have a degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, Engineering, IT or related fields * CAD/CAM experience and an understanding of Flexo and Litographic Packaging Printing is an asset * Knowledge about the packaging industry and its actors is considered as a plus * You have international sales experience, including some countries within your territory * Finance fundamentals * You have a flexible attitude to working and willingness to travel more than 50% Competencies (personal qualifications): * You are a tough negotiator * You have strong selling and negotiation skills – closing skills * You are a hunter & a farmer * You are willing to succeed * You are proficient in English. Working knowledge of any other European language is an advantage * You are self-motivated with good interpersonal skills * You are willing to continuously learn and improve * You have excellent communication skills
