MISSION OF OFFICE Learn and acquire skills regarding the software and protocols associated with the call of customers, using software platforms, under the supervision of a consultant or leadership, developing administrative tasks for the future care of customers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for learning about the processes in the area of Contact Center, including the associated software or to the attention of customers in the area * Internalize and implement practical and theoretical knowledge required for the performance of their duties. * Follow up on assignments, supported by appropriate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS * Educational Training: Titled, or titling of the following careers: Administration, Human Resources Technician, Engineering Execution HR, or the like * Experience in the area: 0 years * Specific knowledge and skills: Theoretical knowledge in personnel administration, including labor law and remuneration process. * Attitudes and behaviors: Customer focus, organization, good skills of oral and written communication.
