Responsibilities include: -Maintain and monitor end-user workstations, printers, and cell phones on a multi-site network. -Provide support to staff on all company-supported applications. -Troubleshoot computer problems, determine source and advise on appropriate action. -Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures. -Perform staff training on technical subjects. -Prove top-notch customer service for internal end-users.

Requirements: Desired Qualities: -Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with audiences of varying technical literacy. -Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and detail orientation skills. -Ability to work well under pressure and in difficult situations with frequent interruptions and with shifting priorities. -Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn. -Ability to come into work on time and on a daily basis. -Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers. Must Have: -High school education or equivalent. -6+ month's experience in a Help Desk Analyst I or similar role. -Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in the workplace. -Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Office 2010 and Android phone operating systems. -Will require travel between agency locations; must have access to a car, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance. -Must pass Agency Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check at time of hire and annually thereafter.
