Robert Half Office Team Human Resource Manager in Vancouver, British Columbia

We have the perfect position for you. Our client in Distribution is seeking an HR Manager to oversee their branches throughout the Lower Mainland and attend to all HR needs. This role is a 14 month maternity leave contract coverage. Duties:

  • Full cycle recruitment for all specialized positions including utilizing creative sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent

  • Organize and conduct all training efforts needed for employee development including the coordination of growth programs

  • Provide coaching and development to all departments heads and managers in regards to organizational policies and procedures

  • Conducting employee check-in/performance reviews with feedback and growth suggestions

  • Oversee all organizational employee relation issues

  • Conduct all employee salary reviews including maintain appropriate salary reviews

  • Maintain and produce the organizational newsletter with fresh and relevant content for all employees to ensure thorough communication efforts

  • Support all disciplinary actions needed within the organization including employee termination and compliance policies

  • Develop and implement all organizational policies and employee manual as needed

  • Maintain all communication efforts with employees on organizational leaves and provide updates on their personal circumstances

  • Oversee all organizational employee file management including documents and manuals in compliance with organizational standards
