Our client is looking to bringing in a Help Desk Specialist to provide frontline support for their customers by gathering information and troubleshooting basic technology related issues. You will also be working with the internal resources to address customers' technical issues. Having excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with attention to detail, customer service and problem resolution skills are required.
