Office Assistant The Office Assistant role is a 5 - 6 month project while the Company has a new web site built. The Office Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the day to day administrative operations. The hours are 10am to 4PM with a 30 minute lunch, 5 days a week. The Office Assistant is responsible for answering phones, transferring calls, filing, computer data entry, shipping orders, mail, mailings, putting together sample kits, and other miscellaneous office work. The ideal candidate must possess proper phone etiquette and be a quick typist. Company has a proprietary system, seeking a candidate who is a quick learner. Business professional environment.
