Call Center Associate We currently have a great opportunity for a Call Center Associate in the mortgage industry. As the primary contact for the clients customers, the Call Center Associate will provide service in a courteous and efficient manner with the goal of assisting and fulfilling their mortgages Hazard Insurance obligation. The Call Center Associate will interact with customers and insurance agents to discuss hazard insurance with the changing needs and requirements of the Servicing Solutions Client. The Call Center Associate responsibilities will include maintaining client documentation and other prescribed duties. Ability to multi-task and maintain strong organization skills are also required.

Ability to multi-task between various software programs, make outbound calls, problem solving and problem resolutions skills.
