Robert Half Office Team Executive Assistant in Toronto, Ontario

Our client, a leading Canadian company within the financial service industry with several offices throughout Canada, is looking for an organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant to join their Toronto office. The Executive Assistant will support a team of 8 providing all administrative duties. Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Organize activities of the team and provide administrative support using discretion and diplomacy * Manage teams' calendar, scheduled appointments, and upcoming events * Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including sending out requests and distributing materials prior to meetings * Booking all travel arrangements * Process expense reports and identify trends and discrepancies to ensure information is current and accurate * Manage and order office supply inventory * Respond to inquiries and escalate issues when needed * Assist in ad hoc tasks as needed
