Community Health Systems AMR-MU-Quality Support Specialist - Provider Network - FT Days in Tomball, Texas
Manages and coordinates the addition of any new employed provider with respect to athenaClinicals including, but not limited to: MyIS ticket, MRF, sure scripts enrollment, interfaces, training dates, client train refresh, etc. Coordinates all major AMR projects to include, but not limited to: transitions from paper to electronic; transitions from one AMR to another (acquisition); lab and radiology interfaces. Monitors encounter closure rate for all providers and communicates with Practice Administrators regarding plans for additional training and intervention. Communicates with Practice Administrators and Regional Billing Manager any provider that demonstrates a lack of understanding with respect to coding and documentation. Routinely rounds on physicians to determine any additional needs and / or struggles with athenaClinicals. Develops and maintains athenaClinicals core competency expectations for clinical and non-clinical staff.
High school education plus one year college or technical school training with emphasis in business courses preferred. AthenaClinicals experience preferred. At least two years experience in physician office, clinic or medically related environment. Advanced oral and written skills. Ability to diffuse problems and implement solutions. Proficient in computer software programs. Must be able to relate effectively with physicians and office staff. Able to function effectively in stressful encounters with physicians, patients and office staff. Requires flexibility, creativity and motivational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
