Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for general fabrication work, packing duties, as well as other duties which may be assigned
Regular and predictable attendance,the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job
Basic computer skills
Work experience using and reading a tape measure is a plus
Read written instructions and follow verbal instructions
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under time constraints
Be a team player and willing to be trained to work in other areas as assigned
Communicate well with peers and management
Work flexible schedules, with periods of required overtime
Preference will be given to applicants with former manufacturing experience
Stand and walk for entire shift on concrete, up to 12 hours
Twist, bend, stoop, kneel and sit for long periods of time
Lift, push, pull and move up to 50lbs individually or 150lbs with a partner
Grasp, squeeze, hold/handle thin to thick metal, small & large items
Able to squeeze and use powered and non-powered hand tools
Able to use a hand pallet and or motorized pallet jack
Visual acuity to inspect aluminum for various quality flaws and to ensure equipment is in safe working condition
Proper wear of all required Personal Protective Equipment
Work in temperatures consistent with same outdoor climate conditions of the region (Heat, humidity, etc.)
