CACI International SIGINT Analyst in Tampa, Florida
With a wide range of knowledge, provides signals intelligence support for strategic and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI).
Duties and Responsibilities:
SIGINT analyst will provide Subject Matter Expertise to government lead assistance in sustaining specific SIGINT programs, developing, reviewing program related documentation, outlining SIGINT mission authority requirements, Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Initial Capability Documents (ICDs), Capability Development Documents (CDDs), Capability Production Document (CPDs), Combat Mission Need Statements (CMNS) and Joint Urgent Operational Need Statements (JUONS).
Use USSOCOM provided processing and exploitation software and tools, including Intelligence Community (IC) and SOF-specific processing, exploitation and dissemination (PED) software and tools such as IC Reach, Cultweave, PROTON, ESRI ArcGIS suite of software, Goggle Earth and other commercial off the shelf (COTS) geospatial tools.
SIGINT analyst must have experience in advance analytical methods for research, analysis and reporting against assigned target sets.
Extract, analyze, and manipulate SIGINT data and document analytical findings in multimedia, formal and informal products, databases, spreadsheets and target templates, to include overlaying, fusing SIGINT, geospatial and other intelligence sources.
Draft and tailor specific SIGINT collection requirements for TSOC mission needs, develop, track, maintain database continuity on targets and priorities in order to recommend any collection and processing adjustments.
Support reviews and assessments of current intelligence tools, processes, techniques and procedures and provide an analysis and recommendation as appropriate.
Execute SIGINT-related RFI, conducting research to identify if information is currently availability, provide feedback to the customer via the means requested, and if not available formally submit via Customer Service Request Portal (CSRP) with all appropriate procedures.
May serve as a client liaison and coordinates with sub-contractors, government personnel, and technical experts.
TS/SCI; Counter-intelligence (CI) scope polygraph
5-7 years of experience with SIGINT analysis and a military or DoD background
SIGINT analyst must be experienced in Digital Network Analysis (DNA) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI); and familiarized with social network analysis (SNA) global network analysis (GNA), geospatial metadata analysis (GMA), and other new analysis techniques.
