The SR Client Management and Baseline Architect will have a strong aptitude with the ability to lead in-depth technology discussions, articulating the business value of Microsoft Platforms solutions, advising customers on Windows Server/Client/browser configurations and associated troubleshooting. This individual must be able to drive support-consulting engagements, write technical communications and work effectively with our partners and customers to help make their infrastructure solutions successful. This individual must also be able to listen for and recognize scenarios where customer needs may require complimentary solutions and be able to partner with Premier and Sales to drive successful customer outcomes.
Baccalaureate Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer in Mobility
15+ years of client management and baseline engineering experience while meeting expertise requirements
Experience focusing on large Windows deployments
Experience with configuration of IE via GPO Policy
Strong understanding of HTTP Response Headers
Add-on Management & Safety features of IE
Fiddler tracing & log analysis
