JPMorgan Chase is seeking talented candidates for a position within the Corporate & Investment Bank (“CIB”) Banking Operations Global Strategic Programs team. We are looking for a seasoned project / program Manager to support the team across a variety of global, complex programs such as Regulatory, Technology and Business / Process Improvement functions. The project / program manager will require strong project management, metrics and analysis, communication, and presentation skills. The project / program manager will work closely with workstream and regional leads globally to get inputs into the plans, and will lead target state functional reviews and process mapping.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage overall program documentation, milestone tracking, and update documentation.

  • Work closely with workstream and regional leads to document escalations, issues, and updates and help resolve program risks and issues.

  • Create executive level presentations and detailed presentations.

  • Collect and analyze data as required to identify opportunities or quantify benefits.

  • Draft agenda and materials for ongoing meetings, meeting minutes and manage overall program action plans.

  • Manage central program Sharepoint site

  • Integrate new functions or client onboarding based on schedule.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Exceptional leadership and conflict management skills

  • Advanced presentation skills coupled with verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to think globally and articulate impacts of changes / recommendations

  • Ability to translate problem statements into recommendations and present data and outcomes at executive and detailed levels

  • Ability to work with cross-functional, cross-regional teams and interact with all levels

  • Must be flexible and be able to meet tight deadlines across multiple time zones

  • Organized and precise multi-tasker with ability to manage competing priorities and refocus efforts with little direction from manager.

  • Able to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion

  • Ability to quickly understand new subject matter

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of Payments and/or Treasury & Cash Management businesses and/or operations a plus
